1st Beat from "Three Beats for Beatbox Flute" by Greg Pattillo

This piece was composed during the winter of 2010-11 for the National Flute Association Convention High School Competition, Charlotte, 2011. This is the first movement of the three that make up the entire piece. It was specifically written to bridge the gap between western flute styles and human beatboxing. YouTube link.
